Mobility training consists of practices of stretching and fascia release technique. Taz's passion began with her own post-pregnancy journey. Overcoming self-doubt and extra weight, she discovered the power of fitness and made it her mission to help others achieve the same feeling of empowerment in all that they do.   Other factors contributing to driving her towards her passion included seeing her mother’s struggle with preventable diseases such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol.
